Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using our software (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Software.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have attained the legal age applicable in your country, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Software, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.

3. License grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Software for private purposes during the term of the plan you have purchased.

• The license is restricted to a single device identified by its hardware identifier (HWID).
• Each license key may be activated for one user on one device.
• All ownership rights and intellectual property rights remain with us.

4. License keys

Your license key is delivered electronically upon confirmation of payment. You must maintain the confidentiality of your license key.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activity conducted using that key.
• Device changes and HWID resets may be subject to restrictions or additional fees at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for license keys that you lose, share, or disclose.

5. Acceptable use

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Resell, share, rent, or redistribute the Software or your key.
• Reverse engineer, crack, modify, or tamper with the Software.
• Disclose or re-upload the Software files, or use them for harmful or fraudulent purposes.

6. Assumption of risk

The Software is independently developed, and we are not affiliated with any game, publisher, or platform. Use of the Software in connection with online services may violate their applicable rules and may result in penalties or account bans. You assume all risks associated with such use. We do not guarantee any particular result or that the Software will remain undetected.

7. Payments

Payments must be made by bank transfer or another payment method displayed at checkout, in the specified currency. Orders are fulfilled upon confirmation of payment. Prices and plans may be changed without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Software, its branding, and its content are owned by us. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be free from errors, secure, compatible, or continuously available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or account penalties. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license without refund in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud, a chargeback, or license key sharing. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.

12. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
