1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using Rexsa (the "Software"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or of legal age in your country, and able to enter a binding agreement. Using Rexsa confirms that you are.
3. License grant
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Software privately for the plan period you purchased.
- The license is locked to one device by hardware ID (HWID).
- Each key activates for one user on one device.
- All ownership and intellectual property stay with Rexsa.
4. License keys
Your key is delivered digitally after we confirm payment. Treat it like a password.
- Keep your key private; you are responsible for all activity under it.
- Device changes or HWID resets may be limited or charged at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for keys you lose, share, or leak.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, share, rent, or redistribute the Software or your key.
- Reverse engineer, crack, modify, or tamper with the Software.
- Leak or re-upload the files, or use them for harm or fraud.
6. Assumption of risk
Rexsa is independent software, not affiliated with any game, publisher, or platform. Using it with online services may break their rules and lead to penalties or bans. You use Rexsa at your own risk, and we guarantee no result or undetectability.
7. Payments
Payments are made by bank transfer or the methods shown at checkout, in the currency displayed. Orders are fulfilled once we confirm payment, and prices or plans may change without notice.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the Software, its branding, and its content belong to Rexsa. These Terms grant you no ownership.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, secure, compatible, or always available.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rexsa is not liable for any indirect damages, lost data, or account penalties. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the license.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your license without refund for any breach, fraud, chargeback, or key sharing. On termination, your right to use the Software ends at once.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted here, and continued use means you accept them.
